About the Role:
Join Campanella Fence Inc, a leading fencing company serving all of Brevard County, FL, as an Experienced Fence Installer! We are looking for skilled professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality fencing solutions and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Install various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, and chain-link, with precision and care.
- Measure and mark installation locations to ensure accurate fence placement.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns on-site.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in estimating materials and labor for upcoming projects.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing fences as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a fence installer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of fencing materials, tools, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Excellent physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have valid drivers' license and the ability to operate a truck with trailer.
Salary: Compensation is based on experience.
