Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Location: Middletown, CT

Schedule: 7 am to 3:30 pm

Pay rate: $20-30/hr

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery
• Perform machine setup and basic adjustments
• Inspect finished products for quality standards
• Load raw materials and packaging supplies
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Complete production paperwork and reports
• Assist with preventative maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
