Production Associate – Window Blinds Manufacturing

Location North Fort Worth, TX (Alliance Area) | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule

• $17.00–$18.00 per hour

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; overtime as needed

• Full-time, W2

• Immediate start available

Job Description

Join a growing window blinds manufacturing team where precision, teamwork, and production quality drive daily success. This role supports the assembly and production of custom blinds that must meet strict quality and shipping standards. Your consistency, attention to detail, and work ethic directly impact on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Follow Standard Work Instructions (SWI), including written directions and visual diagrams

• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet production standards

• Work efficiently with the production team to meet daily output and shipping goals

• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and handle tools safely

• Lift and load materials weighing up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the shift

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or production experience in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to read measurements accurately and use a tape measure

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and stand for extended periods

Equipment & Work Environment

• Use of basic hand tools and measuring devices

• Continuous standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement

• Warehouse/manufacturing setting with active production equipment and material handling

• Team-based production floor focused on safety and efficiency
