Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable LPN to join our client’s healthcare team in Clarksburg, WV. The CNA will provide essential hands-on care and support to patients, assisting with daily living activities while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of patients
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Answer call lights and respond to patient needs promptly
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies
• Support nurses and clinical staff with patient care tasks as needed

Requirements

• Active West Virginia CNA license (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
• Minimum 6 months/ 1 years of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
