Caregivers

Caregivers provide essential personal care to clients within a home care setting, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being during 8-hour shifts(split 7 am - 11am, 4:30 pm - 8 pm) Monday - Thursday. The role involves offering extensive to moderate physical support, monitoring health conditions, and occasionally coordinating with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and mobility support
• Assist with medication reminders and documentation
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform housekeeping and maintain a safe environment
• Monitor client safety and report changes in condition
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with healthcare providers as needed

Required Qualifications

• CPR certification
• Med Tech Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in caregiving
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of patient care and first aid
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Basic medical knowledge
