Line Cooks

The Line Cook will be an essential member of our medium-sized kitchen team, specializing in American cuisine. This role involves preparing and cooking dishes following established recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The cook will operate various kitchen equipment, including standard stoves, ovens, and specialty machines, working flexible shifts that may include days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Manage inventory to ensure necessary supplies are stocked
• Plate food attractively and maintain consistent presentation
• Operate standard stoves, ovens, and industrial kitchen machinery safely
• Follow health and safety compliance standards rigorously
• Collaborate effectively with a 6-10 member kitchen team
• Conduct quality control checks on food items before service
