Job Description
Compliance Testing Analyst position open in Greenville, SC for an analyst or auditor with compliance testing, risk assessment, and remediation experience within the lending industry. This is a direct hire position with a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite / 1 day remote.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of federal and state consumer lending laws and hands-on experience testing loan products, processes, and documentation. This role is highly data-centric, focused on analyzing trends, identifying risk, and ensuring regulatory adherence across lending operations.

Key responsibilities:
- Conducting risk assessments to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Analyzing data trends, identifying root causes, and recommending control improvements
- Preparing detailed documentation and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Monitoring and ensuring timely remediation of ineffective controls
- Testing loan products, process changes, and new implementations within the company’s change management framework
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in Compliance Audit, Testing, or Monitoring within a lending or financial services environment
- Strong knowledge of federal and state consumer financial laws (UDAAP, Truth in Lending, Truth in Advertising, ECOA, FCRA, Fair Lending, Regulation E, Regulation Z)
- Experience working with loan products and compliance testing frameworks
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Proficiency in relevant systems and tools used for testing and monitoring
- Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
