Some conditions that may require observation include chest pain, asthma, abdominal pain, kidney stones, and minor infections. IV antibiotics, fluids, Insulin drips, Nitro for Blood Pressure, TP and Lipids.Ratios are 1:5 days/1:6 nights. Depending on staffing, night ratios can be 1:7 (this is rare, but facility wants travelers to be aware).BLS requiredACLS preferred 2 years of prior experience required (must have 2 years exp in large, urban hospital)Drips are required on all floorsEPIC charting experience requiredFirst timers NOT accepted (will consider if the traveler has 2 years of experience at a Level l Academic Medical Center)Will float within scope to meet facility needs (this includes potentially floating to Bellevue campus). Units may include, but are not limited to 4CS, 5 West, 6 Neuro, 4/5 Lied, 6/7 Lied, 7 HVU, 8 Werner, 9 Trauma, Bellevue MS, Observation, SOTU.In addition to CNAs, care teams include care techs, transport team, swoop/paramedics. LPNs are assigned on some, but not all, floors.100% NICOTINE FREE FACILITYWeekends: 4 weekend shifts out of 8 possible in an 4-week period. Days: Saturday and Sunday.
