We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health assignment in California.

Job Details:
• Specialty: Home Health RN
• Shift: 8 Hour Days

Patient Population:
• Adult/Geriatric patients only
• Common cases include CHF, COPD, wound care, wound vacs, IV/PICC lines, and post-hospital discharge patients at high risk for rehospitalization
