Mechanic

The Mechanic will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and diagnostics of a mixed fleet primarily consisting of trucks and heavy equipment. Working within a small team of 2-5 members, the ideal candidate will utilize advanced diagnostic software and specialized manufacturer tools to ensure all vehicles operate safely and efficiently. The role may require occasional overtime or weekend work to meet maintenance schedules and urgent repair needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance on trucks and heavy equipment
• Conduct diagnostics using advanced software and specialized tools
• Replace parts and components as needed to maintain vehicle operation
• Test systems to ensure reliability and safety standards
• Utilize proper tool usage techniques for efficiency and safety

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in vehicle repair
• Vocational training in automotive repair
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, engine repair, brake systems, and electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
