Lead Foreman - Foundation Repair & Waterproofing

We are seeking an experienced Lead Foreman to manage field crews and oversee structural repair, waterproofing and egress window installation projects from start to finish. You will be the primary onsite representative, ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor crew members, assigning daily tasks and managing work schedules.
• Project Management: Review job specifications, coordinate materials and equipment, and ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
• Hands-on Technical Work: Perform and oversee installations including exterior/ interior waterproofing, sump pumps, egress windows and structural items like piers, angle brackets, steel beams and foundation wall replacements.
• Safety & Quality Control: Enforce all safety protocols (OSHA standards) and certify that all work meets company and industry quality standards.
• Documentation: Accurately track and complete all project-related paperwork, including job site changes and final completion reports.

What You’ll Need

• Structural Expertise: 3+ years of direct experience with piering systems, waterproofing and steel beam reinforcement.
• Concrete & Carpentry Skills: Proficiency in cutting concrete for egress windows and understanding load-bearing requirements.
• Heavy Equipment Mastery: Skilled in operating mini-excavators and skid steers in tight residential spaces.
• Leadership Mentality: Experience managing a crew of 2–4 laborers with a focus on quality and accountability.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in confined spaces (crawlspaces), and handle outdoor conditions year-round.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (Class E preferred).
