Home Health Aide Needed

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Wound Care, Bathing / Dressing, changing diapers Feeding. In a wheelchair, limited mobility , can not walk or feed herself , needs transfer from wheelchair to recliner and to hospital bed , Lives with brother who preps meals for her . Please have experience assisting with dementia, shes not heavy, mostly pleasant mood , likes music , looking for weekend help some sat and Sunday mornings and Saturday and Sunday nights for dinner and bedtime, would be like 3-4 hour sessions
