Pet Care Needed

Small rescue dog and a very mellow cat. Ive never been away from them but a distant relative doesnt have much time left and I havent seen her in many years. I can only afford a few visits a day which would include filling water dish and food dishes. Sm dog only goes right outside the door to go potty on a leash. She cant go for walks because things in the air will cause her to have a seizure. Cat has a litter robot .
