House Cleaner - Now Hiring

We are looking to hire a regular housekeeper to help us with our home, coming 2-3 times a week for about 15 hours total. We are flexible on exact hours/days. Responsibilities would include: - Normal cleaning of rooms and bathrooms - Laundry and changing linens - Tidying up of house, especially kids play areas and rooms - Dishes - Other occasional cleaning projects We are looking to hire and individual (not a service). Compensation would have tax withheld and be reported on a W2. Our house has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 small children, and a dog.
