Position: Printing Press Operator Trainee

Location: Outside of Alliance
Salary: $19.10 per hour

What Youll Do Operate and set up wide web flexographic printing presses Monitor print quality and machine performance Adjust press settings for accurate production Troubleshoot mechanical and print issues Perform routine maintenance and equipment cleaning Maintain production and quality records Follow all safety procedures and company standards Help reduce waste and improve efficiency What Were Looking For-Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills-Attention to detail and quality-Ability to read job tickets and specifications-Basic math and measurement skills-Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials-High school diploma or GED preferred

**Cannot leave on lunch break**, nicotine free-must be able to go whole shift with out smoking/chewing/vaping due to food industry standards. Must be able to lift 80 lbs..
