Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
  • Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist in Michigan
  • Experience working with students who have moderate to severe disabilities is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Compassion, adaptability, and enthusiasm for fostering positive student outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive psychoeducational assessments, observations, and data-driven evaluations
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement strategies and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct and indirect interventions to support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
  • Provide crisis intervention and ongoing guidance for students, staff, and families
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to create inclusive, nurturing learning environments
