Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in School Psychology is required
  • Active School Psychologist license in the state of Michigan
  • Strong understanding of special education needs, particularly within moderate to severe disability settings
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience conducting assessments, writing reports, and participating in IEP meetings
  • Ability to adapt strategies to suit diverse student backgrounds and learning profiles

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Participate in eligibility determination and assist with IEP development
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
  • Create positive relationships with students to encourage engagement and growth
