Salary: Base Salary around $72,000 + Realistic Bonus Potential

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all Front of House operations, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional guest experience in a high-volume environment.
- Manage, train, and develop a team of 30-40 FOH staff members, fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
- Drive revenue growth and manage costs effectively to meet and exceed financial targets.
- Uphold the highest standards of service, quality, and brand integrity.
- Collaborate with the culinary and management teams to ensure operational harmony and alignment with company goals.
- Handle guest relations, resolve issues promptly, and build customer loyalty.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service environment with a significant bar program.
- Demonstrated success in managing operations with annual sales of $3 million or more.
- Experience in the casual-themed or premium casual, chef-driven restaurant segments is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.
- Solid financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a dedication to delivering outstanding service.
