Manufacturing Assistant

Mancan Staffing is partnering with a Cuyahoga Falls company that is seeking dedicated Manufacturing Assistants to join their team in the build areas!

Hours: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (with potential overtime)
Pay rate: $19/hr

This company offers a hands-on, custom production environment where no two days are the same.
The position involves cross-training and being involved in multiple departments, including Mixing, Milling, Extrusion, Wrapping, Blasting, Grinding and Shipping/Receiving.

Job Responsibilities:
Operate a variety of machines and tools, including lathes, extruders, mills, autoclaves, cranes, forklifts, and both hand and power tools.
Carry out daily production tasks such as machine operations, packaging, material handling, and light assembly work.
Work closely with other departments like maintenance, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Follow strict safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Promote a team-focused atmosphere centered on accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.

Must have a valid driver's license with 2 points or less. Must be able to pass a basic math test.
