A growing Skilled Nursing Facility in Madison, WI is seeking a compassionate and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / Unit Manager to join its leadership team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong RN leader who is passionate about resident care, staff development, and clinical excellence in a long-term care setting. The ADON will work closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) to support clinical operations and oversee care for residents.

Responsibilities
•Assist with day-to-day nursing department operations
•Supervise and support nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
•Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
•Maintain high standards of resident care and nursing practice
•Support staff training, education, and performance management
•Monitor resident wellness and clinical outcomes
•Assist with survey readiness and regulatory compliance
•Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery
Qualifications
•Active Wisconsin RN license required
•Minimum 5 years of RN experience
•Leadership or management experience preferred
•Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care experience strongly preferred
•Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and state survey regulations
•Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
