Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with at least 1 year of experience to support data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, and validate data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases
• Clean, transform, and organize large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business needs
• Translate business requirements into clear, data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a data analysis or related role
• Basic understanding of applications, reporting environments, and relational database concepts
• Experience writing simple SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Proficiency with tools such as:
• Visual Studio
• SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
• Data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques including querying, data extraction, data cleaning, and transformation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Ability to work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data quality
• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings clearly
• Exposure to ETL processes or data pipelines is a plus
