A growing company in the Thomasville, NC area is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations. This is a great opportunity for an experienced bookkeeping professional looking for flexible hours in a stable, team-oriented environment.

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process invoices, payments, and cash applications
- Assist with monthly close and basic financial reporting
- Support payroll processing and related recordkeeping
- Prepare and file sales tax or other routine reports
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
- Strong understanding of AP, AR, and reconciliations
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
- Experience in a small to mid-sized business environment
- Exposure to payroll or multi-functional accounting roles
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Location: Thomasville, NC (onsite)
- Schedule: Part-time (approximately 6-10 hours/week; flexible)
