Company Description
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for a High-Performance Team Lead. The HighPerformance Team Lead oversees daily production operations, manages schedules, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures safety and quality standards. This role leads a production team, drives workflow efficiency, and supports continuous improvement across the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Leadership – Oversee daily operations, maintain schedules, monitor workflow, and ensure ontime production
- Inventory Control – Track material usage, support counts/audits, reduce scrap, and coordinate with logistics
- Team Management – Lead employees, train new hires, support crosstraining, and address performance issues
- Safety Compliance – Enforce safety policies, PPE, LOTO, inspections, and housekeeping standards
- Quality & Improvement – Maintain quality standards, support problemsolving, and ensure accurate work orders
- Communication – Communicate with leadership and support a positive, professional work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing or production leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of scheduling, inventory, and safety procedures
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
Physical Requirements
- Standing/walking for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, and pull materials
- Work in a manufacturing environment (noise, heat, dust, equipment)
- Ability to wear required PPE
COMPENSATION-$20-$23 DOE
