We are currently seeking a Patient Services Coordinator with 1–3 years of medical office experience to join our Willow Grove team. This role is essential in coordinating patient services, communicating with insurance companies, and supporting daily office operations.

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Patient Service Representative to support daily operations within our healthcare office. This role is responsible for coordinating patient services, handling insurance-related tasks, assisting with front office operations, and ensuring an excellent patient experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment.
Essential Functions
- Prepare work orders accurately and efficiently
- Obtain required documentation for insurance companies and health plans
- Verify patient benefits and pre-certify services
- Prepare and submit patient charts for billing
- Maintain professional communication, conduct, and appearance at all times
- Utilize knowledge of insurance company and health plan procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients
- Assist in maintaining smooth patient flow throughout the office
- Assist front desk staff as needed
- Perform general office duties including faxing, scanning, answering telephones, and email communication
- Cover front desk responsibilities when necessary
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous medical office or healthcare administrative experience preferred
- Insurance verification and pre-certification experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn office systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and appearance
