• Provide timely support on contract questions, issue spotting, and day-to-day legal matters that arise across the organization.
• Assist with responses to consumer complaints by evaluating issues, organizing facts, and helping develop appropriate legal communications.
• Support light litigation management activities such as tracking matters, coordinating with outside counsel, and maintaining case-related documentation.
• Contribute to basic corporate governance work, including document review, record organization, and assistance with routine legal formalities.
• Partner with a small legal department on a variety of assignments, demonstrating flexibility and readiness to step into priority matters as needed.• Active license to practice law in good standing.
• At least 1 year of legal experience with the ability to provide meaningful support in a detail-oriented legal setting.
