RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) - 3x12s Days or Nights

Schedule:
• Days (Rotating Weekends)
• Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Summary:
The Respiratory Therapist provides high-quality patient-centered respiratory care including assessment, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, airway management, and ventilator support. The role includes monitoring critically ill patients, responding to emergencies, and assisting with life-support and resuscitation as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Perform and document respiratory assessments (breath sounds, airway patency, cuff pressure)
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy
• Manage and monitor mechanical ventilation
• Assist with airway placement and ventilator-dependent patient transport
• Respond to emergencies and support airway/ventilation during resuscitation
• Monitor patient response and report changes to providers

Requirements:
• NBRC RRT certification required
• Florida State Respiratory Therapist license
• Associate Degree in Respiratory Care
• BLS within 30 days
• ACLS within 30 days
• PALS within 30 days
• NRP within 60 days
• 1 year experience preferred (CRT experience may be considered)

Compensation:
• Night Differential: +$2.33/hr (nights only)
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
• Relocation Assistance: Case by Case
