Dog Sitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We have a new dog that is chewing things outside like crazy, also digging. She jumps on us constantly even though we tell her no. She also chews things in the house, luckily not furniture yet. She's about a year old and a catahoula / German shepherd mix. We have tried incentive training which doesn't seem to work. We need help as much as possible because we don't want to get rid of her.
