Cape , finished basement , two bedrooms in basement . Tiled floors closets , fully finished. No one sleeps there now , unless my son visits from Asia . 1, 200 square feet on first level , with two 10 by 10 rooms off kitchen. Primarily want vacuuming, washing floors , dusting , polishing wood.
