Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Medical Oncology Clinic position in a cancer center setting, requiring a NH or compact RN license and recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma experience.

• Day shift schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
\n
• Outpatient medical oncology clinic setting
\n
• No weekends or on-call required
\n
• Primary work location in the 3K oncology clinic
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Active NH or compact RN license required
\n
• Current BLS certification required
\n
• Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma experience within the last 2 years required
\n
• Two professional references from managers required for consideration
\n
• Oncology experience preferred but not required
\n

Additional Information\n

• Responsibilities include patient education, phone triage, and assessment of acute clinical needs

• Role involves frequent collaboration with patients, physicians, nurses, and advanced practice providers
