Assignment Details
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Optional Schedule: 4x10s may be available
Requirements
- Active RN license
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year outpatient or clinic RN experience
- Experience in family practice, internal medicine, or urgent care preferred
- Epic experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient nursing care in a family practice setting
- Perform patient assessments and obtain vital signs
- Assist with point‑of‑care testing and immunizations
- Manage in‑basket work, follow‑ups, and patient communication
- Handle telephone triage and medication refill requests
- Document care accurately in Epic EMR
