Position Overview:
\n This Surgery Center is a high-volume, fast-paced Ambulatory Surgery Center specializing in Orthopedic and ENT procedures. We are seeking an experienced OR / Circulating RN who is confident and excels in both specialties and thrives in an efficient surgical environment.

Additional Schedule Information\n

• Monday–Friday
\n
• Day shift (end time is approximate and may vary based on case volume)
\n
• Schedule for the following day is finalized between 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
\n
• Flexibility is required to accommodate late add-on cases
\n

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Circulate during Orthopedic and ENT surgeries
\n
• Support efficient room turnovers with a goal of 15 minutes or less while maintaining patient safety
\n
• Utilize paper charting (no electronic medical record documentation)
\n
• Assist with ancillary duties including:\n
  \n
  • Stocking supplies
  \n
  • Clerical support
  \n
  • Maintaining OR readiness
  \n
  • General operational support for the surgery center
  \n
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Background Check
\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
\n
• Driver's License
\n
• Skills Assessment: OR / Circulating RN
\n
• Texas State RN License or NLC
\n
• Tuberculosis Screening
\n
• Recent experience 1+ yrs. in both Orthopedic and ENT surgery
\n
• Previous Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience strongly preferred
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
\n
• Ability to multitask and assist with non-clinical operational duties
\n
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
\n
• Flexible and dependable with changing schedules and daily case additions
\n
