American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for an Emergency Department position requiring BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and CA licensure.

- Located in the Emergency Department of a 25-bed critical access hospital \n
- Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week \n
- \n
- Active CA RN license required \n
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required \n
- S.T.A.B.L.E certification required \n
- TNCC certification preferred \n
- BSN preferred \n
- Acute care facility experience preferred \n
- Minimum 3 years of recent ER experience within the last 3 months \n

- Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients according to established standards and the nursing process \n
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff across various levels \n
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective care \n
- Provide patient and family education and participate in discharge planning to support continuity of care \n
- Delegate and coordinate duties among healthcare team members \n
- Local candidates accepted with no radius rule; local rates match travel rates \n
- Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off (RTO) will not be considered \n
