A-Line Staffing is now hiring an RN – Emergency Department in West Bloomfield, MI! This is a 13-week contract (option to extend) offering full-time hours (48 hrs/week) in a fast-paced ED setting supporting high-quality, compassionate patient care.
RN – Emergency Department Responsibilities- Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care
- Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver patient-centered care
- Delegate, supervise, and document care and patient/family teaching
- Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team
- Participate in identifying variances from patient goals and implementing solutions
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Active Michigan RN license (in good standing)
- BLS (AHA/ARC)
- ACLS (required per schedule notes)
- BSN (required per schedule notes)
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience (ED experience strongly preferred)
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel
