\n\nJob Description\n

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in our 32-bed Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in Epic, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. In this high-paced environment, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care throughout the labor and delivery process.

\n\nResponsibilities\n
    \n
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.
  • \n
  • Assist with high-risk deliveries and perform postpartum assessments.
  • \n
  • Administer medications and manage labor pain interventions, including epidurals and nitrous oxide.
  • \n
  • Support breastfeeding, newborn assessments, and discharge teaching.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
  • \n
  • Participate in on-call hours based on staffing needs.
  • \n
\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n
    \n
  • Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • \n
  • 2 years of nursing experience in LDRP or equivalent.
  • \n
  • Certifications: NRP, AWHONN (or C-EFM), FHM; OB surgical recovery (C-section) preferred.
  • \n
  • Previous charge experience is preferred.
  • \n
  • Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
  • \n
