**Exciting Opportunity for a Passionate Registered Nurse!**\n\n**Job Description:**\n- Join our dynamic team dedicated to exceptional patient care.\n- Evaluate patients and assist physicians with hands-on care.\n- Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to each patient’s needs.\n- Identify patient needs through thorough assessment and prioritize care effectively.\n- Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care through ongoing assessments.\n- Initiate detailed assessments based on patient issues, physician diagnoses, and health frameworks.\n- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions that make a real difference.\n- Manage overall patient care with compassion and expertise.\n- Document care meticulously following established standards and clinical priorities.\n- Advocate for evidence-based practices, driving innovation in care delivery.\n- Deliver patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing integrity.\n- Embrace additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.\n\n**Required Skills & Experience:**\n- 1+ year of experience in a related specialty.\n\n**Required Education:**\n- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required.\n- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.\n\n**Required Certifications & Licensure:**\n- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association.\n- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - AHA Only.\n- New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.\n\n**Schedule Notes:**\n- Shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 x 12.\n- Every other weekend required.\n- Holiday requirement as needed.\n- No on-call requirement.\n- Floating to Pediatrics/PICU required as needed.\n- Scrub color: Navy.\n\n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):**\nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
