Activities Director - Full-Time

Macomb Post Acute Care Center is seeking an energetic and compassionate Activities Director to join our team full-time. In this role, you'll create and lead engaging programs that enhance the daily lives of our residents while promoting socialization, recreation, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities Include:

• Planning and leading group and individual activities
• Organizing seasonal events, games, and recreational programs
• Encouraging resident participation and engagement
• Assisting residents to and from activities as needed
• Creating programs tailored to residents' interests and abilities

Compensation:

• Base Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
• With CNA Certification: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with elderly residents preferred
• CNA certification is a plus
• Positive, outgoing, and dependable personality
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
