Position

We are currently hiring a dependable and compassionate LPN or RN for an overnight Private Duty Nursing (PDN) case in Glencoe, Missouri (St. Louis County).

Schedule

• Sunday: 9:30 PM 8:30 AM
• Monday: 9:30 PM 8:30 AM
• Tuesday: 9:30 PM 8:30 AM

Consistent overnight hours available immediately.

Pay

• $40/hour
• Biweekly pay available

Location

• Glencoe, MO 63038
• St. Louis County

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home setting
• Seizure observation and intervention
• G-J tube care and feed administration
• Medication administration
• Cough assist and shaker vest treatments
• Monitor patient condition and safety overnight
• Assist with ADLs including:
  • Bathing
  • Grooming
  • Transfers
  • Toileting
• Follow physician orders and individualized care plan
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate professionally with family and agency staff

Requirements

• Active Missouri LPN or RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with G-tube/G-J tube care preferred
• Experience with seizure precautions/interventions preferred
• Home health or PDN experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attendance and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a home environment
