Paralegal Pre Closer

Job Summary

• Initial point of contact for all parties, including agents and clients, for the preparation of a real estate closing.

General Accountabilities

• Requests all the documents necessary to conduct closing according to contract terms.
• Determines and verifies correct amounts due on mortgages, taxes and other liens.
• Obtains Attorney approval for legal documents related to the transaction.
• Schedules closing appointments.
• The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
