Shift & Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist – Clinic Manager (Inpatient & Outpatient Rehabilitation) for an exciting leadership opportunity in Bethel, AK.

Responsibilities

• Manage inpatient and outpatient physical therapy clinic operations
• Provide direct patient care, evaluations, and treatment planning as needed
• Coordinate orthopedic specialty clinic services, including referral screening and prioritization
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and medical staff
• Support staff development and maintain a positive team-oriented work environment
• Optimize department operations, workflow, and resource management
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards
• Support quality improvement initiatives, reporting, and administrative processes
• Balance clinical, operational, and leadership responsibilities effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required
• Minimum 4 years of full-time clinical patient care experience required
• Current Alaska Physical Therapist license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong clinical expertise in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to balance clinical care with administrative responsibilities
• Cultural competency and ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous managerial or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience coordinating interdisciplinary care and specialty clinics preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint preferred
