Job Title: Physical Therapist – Clinic Manager (Inpatient & Outpatient Rehabilitation)
Location: Bethel, AK
Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Shift & Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Additional Incentives

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist – Clinic Manager (Inpatient & Outpatient Rehabilitation) for an exciting leadership opportunity in Bethel, AK.
Responsibilities
- Manage inpatient and outpatient physical therapy clinic operations
- Provide direct patient care, evaluations, and treatment planning as needed
- Coordinate orthopedic specialty clinic services, including referral screening and prioritization
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and medical staff
- Support staff development and maintain a positive team-oriented work environment
- Optimize department operations, workflow, and resource management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards
- Support quality improvement initiatives, reporting, and administrative processes
- Balance clinical, operational, and leadership responsibilities effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required
- Minimum 4 years of full-time clinical patient care experience required
- Current Alaska Physical Therapist license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong clinical expertise in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to balance clinical care with administrative responsibilities
- Cultural competency and ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience coordinating interdisciplinary care and specialty clinics preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint preferred
