Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Whitinsville, MA. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy services in a skilled nursing setting while helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and pain management
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident outcomes
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborative rehab team with PT, OT, SLP, and nursing support
• Work with both short-term rehab and long-term care residents
• Stable full-time schedule with supportive leadership
• Focus on quality outcomes and resident-centered care
