Location: Independence, Missouri
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $90,000–$100,000 annually
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, your work will focus on helping patients move better, recover safely, and regain independence in their daily routines. You will assess each patient’s condition, develop practical treatment plans, and guide them through care that supports strength, balance, mobility, and long-term function. This position offers a steady weekday schedule and the opportunity to provide meaningful, one-on-one patient care.
What You’ll Do
- Perform initial evaluations and ongoing patient assessments
- Develop treatment plans for patients recovering from injury, surgery, pain, or mobility issues
- Deliver physical therapy services using evidence-based techniques
- Help patients build strength, improve range of motion, and reduce functional limitations
- Monitor outcomes and update treatment plans based on patient progress
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Missouri
- Previous outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full patient schedule while maintaining quality care
