Requirements for the Customer Service Representative

• Previous customer service experience preferred (office, or call center)
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and basic office software
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions via phone, email, and chat
• Enter and process customer orders accurately
• Provide order status updates and follow up as needed
• Assist customers with product or service questions
• Process returns and warranty claims
• Support internal sales teams when needed
• Maintain and update customer information in the system
• Ensure customer concerns are resolved in a timely manner

Pay and Schedule

• Pay rate: $19/hour
• Full-time, in-person position in Springfield, MO
