Description
American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience for a 13-week travel contract in Missouri.
Details
- Home health setting with one other therapist on staff
- Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; no weekends or call required
- Caseload of 8–11 patients per day depending on travel time
- Productivity expectation of 4–5 visits per day depending on area and travel
- Weekly schedule is Monday–Friday, with potential flexibility to Tuesday–Friday if needed
- No floating required
- Uses Meditech for documentation
Requirements
- Missouri PT state license required; PT compact privileges may be accepted
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- Home health PT experience required
- Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Two professional references required for consideration
- PDF copies of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard mileage rate in effect at the time of travel
- Royal blue scrubs required
