The Winder is responsible for:

• Locating data sheets and building an effective coil.
• Ability to match designs to work order.
• Limited defects with an average or above average production.
• Utilizes basic math skills to complete calculations.
• Insists on safety as top priority.
• Professional language and conduct at all times.
• Ability to learn other areas sufficient to fill in where required.

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.
• Ability to measure and cut to specifications.
• Help team members resolve questions, assist with the workload.
• A dependable and strong work ethic; works safely.
• Profession language and conduct at all times.
• Ability to learn other areas sufficient to fill in where required.
