Responsibilities:
- Must be techolo
- Determine customer’s primary concern and schedule the necessary appointment.
- Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
- Work as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products, services and needs of the dealerships.
- Answer all incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Document conversations and update customer records after each interaction.
- Setting service appointments using the company’s electronic scheduling system
- Work cooperatively with the service and other internal teams.
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
- Coordinate with clients and staff to ensure smooth scheduling process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment calendars
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding appointment inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving any scheduling conflicts
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
Qualifications:
- Technically adept
- Technologically fluent
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining appointment schedules
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
