Where: Goldsboro / Mt. Olive Area, NC
Pay Rate: $16.24/hour
Shift: 1st Shift – 5:55 AM start, work until production is finished

What You’ll Tackle

• Operate within a rapid food manufacturing line
• Handle sorting, topping, and packaging with precision
• Match or exceed line speed and daily output targets
• Keep stations clean and adhere to safety practices
• Back up teammates to maintain continuous flow

Are You a Fit?

• Can stand for the entire shift without issue
• Comfortable with repetitive, high-velocity tasks
• Slip-resistant shoes are REQUIRED
• Able to lift 25–40 lbs as needed
• Dependable and ready to work every day
