As a General Dentist, responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive exams and diagnosis
- Treatment planning and case presentation
- Restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, and bridges
- Extractions and basic surgical procedures
- Preventative care and patient education
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Working collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation includes a generous guaranteed base salary plus quarterly bonuses based on 33% of net production. Associates in this role have historically earned approximately $225,000+ annually after bonuses.

Requirements & Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active Wisconsin dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Active DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
