• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are packed securely and labeled correctly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update shipping logs.
• Coordinate with vendors and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Assist in organizing the warehouse to optimize space and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline shipping and receiving processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Proven experience in shipping and receiving or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and operate warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and shipping tools.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
