Job Description
A Hospital Laboratory Director opportunity is available in Nashville, TN with a laboratory services network supporting more than 250 acute and rehab hospitals, physician practices, surgery centers, and commercial accounts across multiple divisions.

Reporting into laboratory leadership, the Director has full operational accountability for a hospital-based clinical laboratory, overseeing compliance with CAP, JCAHO, CLIA, FDA, and CMS standards while setting and executing department strategies across service, quality, regulatory, financial, and personnel goals. The Director leads all aspects of staffing — from hiring and orientation through competency assessment and performance management — and builds team capability through ongoing coaching, feedback, and delegated development opportunities.
