Picture the start of your shift: you review the production schedule, gather ingredients, calibrate the line, and run a quick safety check. As batches move from mixing to cooking to packaging, you keep the process flowing—adjusting equipment, validating measurements, and documenting results. You partner with teammates to hit daily output targets while upholding uncompromising standards for food safety and product quality.

What you'll do

• Run and monitor food production machinery to maintain peak performance and consistent throughput.
• Follow recipes, formulas, and production schedules to prepare products accurately and on time.
• Keep the production area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
• Perform quality checks on incoming ingredients and finished goods to meet company standards.
• Assist with packaging and labeling finished items for distribution.
• Collaborate with teammates to reach production goals and suggest process improvements.
• Promptly report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food production or a related setting is a plus.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Clear communicator and dependable team player.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
